Step 1: Initial Contact

After initial contact, BCMAQ will reach out to the customer to understand project requirements and specifications.

Step 5: Manufacture

Orders are processed per approved specifications.

Step 2: Submit Quote

A quote is submitted to the customer where terms and lead time are defined.

Step 6: Delivery and Installation

Order is delivered to the customer.

Step 3: Receive PO

BCMAQ receives PO from customer.

Step 7: Submit Invoice

BCMAQ submits proof of delivery (POD) within 24 hours to the customer.

Step 4: Acknowledge PO and Schedule

BCMAQ acknowledges PO lead time is confirmed within 24 hours, Project is scheduled.

Step 8: Collect Payment

Payment is collected per agreed terms.
